Are we really going to remain silent now? - MP on Armenian  authorities` decision to transfer villages to Azerbaijan

"RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the villages of the Tavush region, where he manipulated the people, returned to Yerevan, and we received official information about the next agreement on the surrender of the Motherland," MP from the "I Have Honor" opposition faction Taguhi Tovmasyan wrote on her Facebook page.

Addressing the public, the parliamentarian asked whether people will  really remain silent now.  It should be noted that today, from early  morning, residents of a number of villages in the Tavush region  closed the interstate road, demanding a meeting and clarification  from the country's authorities regarding the decision to transfer a  number of villages in the region to Azerbaijan. In particular, the  residents of Baghanis expressed their disagreement with the  unilateral transfer of territories to Azerbaijan, as a result of  which Baghanis and not only this village will be in danger.

In turn, residents of the village of Voskepar state that Nikol  Pashinyan promised them something other than the decision of the  Armenian-Azerbaijani commission on border demarcation. Today they  intend to take decisive steps.

Yesterday, the eighth meeting of the commissions on state border  demarcation was held on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan,  following which a protocol was signed. According to the RA Ministry  of Foreign Affairs, the delimitation of borders of the separate  sections of the borderline immediately between the settlements of   the Armenian village of Baghanis- Azerbaijani Baghanis Ayrum,  Armenian Voskepar- Azerbaijani Ashaghi Askipara, Armenian Kirants-  Azerbaijani Kheyrimli, Armenian Berkaber- Azerbaijani Ghizilhajili  has been preliminarily agreed upon.
