Richter Trio to perform in Yerevan 

ArmInfo.Famous pianist and composer Kirill Richter, together with his ensemble Richter Trio,  will perform for the first time in front of an Armenian audience.

The concert will take place on April 21, at 19:00, in the Concert  Hall. A. Khachaturyan.  The Richter Trio has performed at renowned  venues across Europe, including the Royal Albert Hall (London), the  Berliner Philharmonie (Berlin), the Elbphilharmonie (Hamburg), the  Reeperbahn festival in Hamburg, The Great Escape in Brighton and  Classical:Next in Rotterdam. In addition to pianist Kirill Richter,  the trio includes violinist Alena Zinoveva, and cellist Avgust  Krepakand.

Kirill Richter is a bright contemporary composer who writes in  various genres from solo and chamber to symphonic works. His music  was played in broadcasts of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, in modern  blockbusters and ballets.Kirill Richter's composition "In memoriam"  was published on the famous Deutsche Grammophon label, and was also  used by figure skater and Olympic champion Kamila Valieva in the  short program at the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing.Richter Trio  performed successful sold out concerts at the best European halls -  Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Royal Albert Hall London (Elgar room), took  part in music festivals - Classical next Rotterdam, Reeperbahn in  Hamburg, The Great Escape in Brighton, Station Narva and many others,  and also gathered full halls in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other  cities of Russia (halls up to 3000 people).

The repertoire of the ensemble is an exclusive author's material of  modern classical music written by Kirill Richter specifically for the  ensemble.

The Richter Trio repertoire includes several programs with different  scenographies.

One of the mission of the ensemble is to return the young audience to  classical music concerts. The ensemble successfully matches its goal.
