ArmInfo.A video has become viral showing a group of Azerbaijanis in a car taunting an old Armenian man walking along the road in depopulated Stepanakert.
Jean Christophe Buisson, Deputy Director of Le Figaro, posted the following message on his X account:
"This is how the Azeris treat one of the 10 or 11 Armenians remaining in Stepanakert. Is there still anyone who claims that the Armenians of Artsakh Nagorno-Karabakh could and will be able to live in their country under Azerbaijani supervision?"
"Azerbaijanis taunt an elderly Armenian man walking down the street in Stepanakert (one of about a dozen Armenians remaining there.) "Drive, drive...he ran away, he's scared." They laugh at him before driving up next to him to harass him," journalist Lindsey Snell wrote on her X account.
Earlier the President of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan said that according to the latest data, about 10 people remained in the occupied NKR. According to him, after the Azerbaijani occupation of the NKR, about 50 people remained there, but the vast majority of them slowly moved to Armenia with the assistance of the ICRC.
