ArmInfo. Accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), two people were transported from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia on March 29. As ICRC Armenia Office Communications Program Manager Zara Amatuni told the Armenian media representatives, since October last year, more than 50 people have been transferred to Armenia with the help of the ICRC, and emphasized that the Organization assists in transferred solely at the request of the citizens.
The media sources also report that a married couple, Samvel Galstyan and Margarita Shakhnazaryan, arrived from Artsakh.
Spokesperson of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Gor Abrahamyan has already informed that Sargis Galstyan, who arrived in Armenia on March 29 from Artsakh, is accused of espionage and a preventive measure in the form of detention has been chosen against him.
Sargis Galstyan was once the director of the Avan Plaza hotel in Shushi. Sargis Galstyan is the cousin of the leader of the Justice faction in the Artsakh parliament, David Galstyan.
