ArmInfo. Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in  Georgia, posted the following message on his X account: 

"Good to have confirmation from EUmARMENIA that no unusual military  movements have been observed. That is what the purpose of the mission  is: to provide greater transparency and build confidence.  It remains  open to more engagement also with the authorities of Azerbaijan."
