ArmInfo.Contemporary Indian writer Arjun Krishna Lal has published his book "Life, love wine", a story about his adventures in Armenia. The book has been translated into Armenian by Roza Grigoryan, illustrated by Lusine Tahmazyan and edited by Armine Petrosyan.
The writer's decision to write a book about his life in Armenia was inspired by the openness and hospitality of the Armenian people, and the fact that Arjun Krishna Lal, having lived in Armenia for more than 2 years, feels at home here.
The editor of "Life, Love, Wine" Armine Petrosyan noted that this work by an Indian writer is not a guide to the sights of Yerevan and other Armenian cities and villages, although all this can be found in the book. The latter, according to the editor, is rather a collection of the author's experiences.
"Sometimes we, Armenians, may not like some lines about how the author, under the pressure of his feelings, experiences, resentment or pain, speaks in gloomy tones about this or that part of our homeland, but let's not forget that this book is about the feelings experienced . The author has collected here his two- year experience of life in Armenia, full of various adventures, pleasant and unpleasant moments, ups and downs, unhealed wounds and the pain of loss," explained Petrosyan.
The presentation of the book will take place on March 21, at 19:00, at the Zangak book house. The presentation is planned to be held in the regions of Armenia. Admission is free.
