ArmInfo.Armenian law enforcement officers accuse Azerbaijani Kamil Zeinalli, detained in  Moscow, of murder. In fact, an interstate search was initiated.  Spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia Narek Sargsyan informs.

An interstate investigation has been initiated against the mentioned  person on the charge of murder As ArmInfo previously reported, the  night before at Moscow Domodedovo airport, Russian law enforcement  officers detained a native of Azerbaijan, Kamil Zeynalli. The latter  killed civilians of Artsakh on camera during the 44-day war of 2020.  Called for violence against Armenians. The most sensational was the  video where he kills a defenseless Artsakh old man like a sacrificial  lamb.

"This is my third time in Russia, but I was detained only now. I hope  for the support of our government agencies. Currently I am in the  police department. I hope everything will be settled," Kamil Zeynalli  himself said in a video message on social networks in connection with  his detention.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has already responded to the  situation and reported that the issue of the detention of Kamil  Zeynalli at Domodedovo Airport in Moscow is under the control of the  Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia.
