ArmInfo. On February 20, the Armenian opposition convenes a national rally demanding the resignation of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the Armenian government, the leader of the Democratic Party, Aram Sargsyan, told a press conference on February 16.
According to him, the rally will begin at 16:30 on Freedom Square. The DPA leader called on all opposition forces to take an active part in the upcoming event. Sargsyan emphasized that the basis for the demand is 100 reasons, which will be announced during the rally and which will be presented in specially prepared booklets. The DPA leader noted that 35 political forces in the country confirmed their consent to participate in the upcoming event.
Before the start of the rally, its participants will visit the memorial complex of military graves "Yerablur", where they will pay tribute to the memory of those killed during the national liberation war.
As the DPA leader noted, the opposition wants to help Pashinyan by freeing him from responsibility for what is happening in the country and in the region. <He cannot bear this burden of responsibility, and it would be right if he retired early. Subsequently, it will be much more difficult for him to bear responsibility," Sargsyan noted.
