RA Constitutional Court judge resigned - Speaker

ArmInfo.  Judge of the  Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Arayik Tunyan  resigned on December 26, 2023. Speaker of the National Assembly of  the Republic of Armenia Alen Simonyan made a corresponding statement.

"According to Article 147.1 of the constitutional law the Rules of  Procedure of the National Assembly, I state that the judge of the  Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia A.  Tunyan submitted  his resignation letter on December 26, 2023," the statement reads,  the RA NA reports.
