The proposal to hold such a meeting was made on November 21 from  Baku, and on November 22 from Yerevan.

ArmInfo.On May 24, 2022, within the framework of the implementation of the  agreements reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan and on the basis of  relevant orders, the first meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister of  Armenia Mher Grigoryan and the Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan  Shahin Mustafayev took place on the Armenian-Azerbaijani interstate  border in the format of joint work of commissions on issues of  delimitation and security of the border between the Republic of  Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Then, along with meetings on the interstate border, the parties  agreed on the advisability of using various platforms for holding  subsequent meetings. In particular, we agreed to hold a second  meeting in Moscow and a third meeting in Brussels. The last, fourth  meeting of the commission took place on July 12 of this year at the  Tavush section of the state border.
