If Azerbaijan sets talks up to fail, it makes attack more probable -  U.S. Senator Sam Brownback

ArmInfo.U.S. Senator Sam Brownback posted the following comment on his X account: 

"I am deeply concerned about Azerbaijan invading Armenia. It attacked  ethnic Armenians in September and has continued making threats. After  rejecting peace talks last week, they now say they want to negotiate.   If they set the talks up to fail, it makes an attack more probable,"  he wrote.
