French FM: time has come to support Armenia`s territorial integrity  and sovereignty

ArmInfo. The time has come to express support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of  Armenia. French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna stated on November  13 in a conversation with journalists on the sidelines of a meeting  of EU foreign ministers in Brussels, referring to the upcoming  discussions on the situation around Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"It is important that this Foreign Affairs Council reaffirms its  support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Armenia by  strengthening the European Mission and through the European Peace  Fund. The time has come to do it," the French diplomat said.

In turn, German Foreign Minister Annalena  Baerbock stressed the need  to increase European efforts to support the peace process between  Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to her, the European Platform  stands for real security, trust and peace in the region.

The situation around Gaza, Ukraine and relations between Armenia and  Azerbaijan is on the agenda of today's meeting of the EU foreign  ministers in Brussels.
