Former Artsakh Ombudsman sounds the alarm: Patrol officers fine  Artsakh drivers AMD 100.000 for lack of insurance

ArmInfo.Patrol officers of the RA patrol service fine Artsakh drivers 100 thousand drams for  driving without insurance. Former Ombudsman of Artsakh, human rights activist Ruben Melikyan alarms.

"I am already receiving the third complaint regarding the fact that  the patrol officers are fining 100 thousand drams citizens of Artsakh  who lost everything because they do not have a car insurance  contract.  This is the "democracy" that received the applause of the  Euro-Pharisees," Melikyan noted, adding , that after the publication  of this post, he was informed via messenger about 4 more such cases.   "In fact, they are fined everywhere, right and left," he concluded.
