Armenia applies to ECHR for protection and release of detained leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh 

ArmInfo. Armenia has applied to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) demanding the release of  the detained former and incumbent leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia's Office of the Representative for International Legal Affairs reports. 

On October 4, Armenia's Representative for International Legal Affairs applied to the ECHR for protection of the rights of all the former and incumbent officials of Nagorno-Karabakh and demanded that  Azerbaijan be obliged to release them an official report reads.
