Russian president has never wanted to refuse to visit Armenia -   Kremlin 

ArmInfo.Armenia's decision to approve the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC)  is incorrect. This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, the Russian Federation does not agree with the  statements of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that the CSTO  did not have enough tools to ensure the country's security. "We doubt  and have doubted from the very beginning that from the point of view  of bilateral relations, Armenia's accession to the Rome Statute is  correct. We still believe that this is an incorrect decision," Peskov  said during a conference call, adding that the current leadership  countries, additional questions arose.
