Third round of Stepanaker-Baku negotiations ended in Yevlakh

ArmInfo. Another, the third, meeting of representatives of Stepanakert and Baku ended in the city  of Yevlakh, Azerbaijani media reported on September 29.

As APA reports, "issues of reintegration of Armenian residents living  in Karabakh into Azerbaijani society were discussed at the meeting."

According to the agency, Azerbaijan is represented by Ramin Mamedov  who is responsible for relations with Armenian Stepanakert was  represented at the meeting by head of the parliamentary commission  for external relations of the Republic of Artsakh, David Melkumyan,  and Sergey Martirosyan, the secretary of the Artsakh Security  Council.

The first such meeting was held in Yevlakh on September 21, the  second one - in Khojaly on September 25.
