Artak Beglaryan warns  about risks of massacres in Artsakh

ArmInfo.Azerbaijan managed to take control of some strategic heights and roads of Artsakh, as  well as several communities. Former Artsakh Ombudsman, ex- Minister of State Artak Beglaryan wrote on his X account (Twitter).

"They also cut off road connections between some parts of Artsakh,  creating additional local blockades in all regions. The people are  facing growing risks of massacres," he warned.
