Aram Nikoyan appointed head of Armenia`s Probation Service 

ArmInfo. Aram Nikoyan has been appointed head of the Probation Service of Armenia.

According to the official website of the government, the  corresponding decision was signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  on September 18.

Former head of the Service, Gevorg Simonyan, who was appointed to  this position in November 2019, was dismissed on September 13.

Nikoyan previously held the position of Secretary General of the  Investigative Committee, and from September 2022, he was appointed to  a similar position in the Criminal Executive Service of the Ministry  of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
