After draw with Armenian national team, Turks decided to get rid of  national team`s head coach

ArmInfo.The Turkish Football Federation has decided to part ways with the head coach of  the country's national team, Stefan Kunz, and the leadership of the  federation informed the German coach of its decision, the Hurriyet  newspaper reported.  Kuntz has led the Turkish national team since  September 2021. After the matches of the Turkish national team with  the Armenian national team in the qualifying round of the European  Championship (1:1) and a friendly match with the Japanese national  team (2:4), calls for Kuntz's resignation intensified on social  networks and the football expert community. "The Turkish Football  Federation decided to part ways with the technical director of the  national team, Stefan Kunz. The leadership of the Federation called  the German coach and informed him of the decision," the newspaper  writes.

The Turkish national team, after five matches, ranks second (10  points) in Group D of the 2024 European Championship qualifying  tournament. The Croatian national team has the same number of points,  but after 4 meetings. The Armenian team, like the Welsh team, has 7  points after five matches. The Latvian team closes the standings with  0 points after five matches.
