ArmInfo Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will take part in the UN General Assembly High-level Week 2023, which will be held from September 19 to 26. As RIA Novosti reports, the updated schedule of the debate informs.
According to the schedule, the speech of the Armenian Foreign Minister is scheduled for September 23. On the first day of the debate, September 19, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will speak first, followed by U.S. President Joe Biden.
The speech of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is expected to be the seventh in a row. On the same day, according to the schedule, the Presidents of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Iran Ebrahim Raisi will speak. The leaders of Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries will also make speeches. Among the speakers the next day are the presidents of South Korea, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Tajikistan, and Mongolia.
On September 23, in addition to Mirzoyan, the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan, Mexico, Australia, Belarus, France, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Saudi Arabia, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister of Great Britain will speak from the rostrum of the General Assembly.
On the final day of the week, September 26, speeches by the Foreign Ministers of India, Syria, Venezuela, Denmark, and Mali are scheduled.
In total, the high-level General Debate is expected to be attended by 99 presidents, 48 prime ministers and 32 foreign ministers.
