Armenia submits application to ECHR on protection rights of Rashid  Beglaryan

ArmInfo. Armenia appealed to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), requesting to apply  interim measures against Azerbaijan for the protection of the rights of Rashid Beglaryan.The the Office of the Representative of the Republic of Armenia on International Legal Matters reports.

Artsakh citizen Rashid Beglaryan got lost and entered the territory  controlled by Azerbaijan. The incident took place near Aghavno  village. According to the Armenian side, he got lost under the  influence of alcohol.  It should be noted that before that,  68-year-old Vagif Khachatryan was abducted at the checkpoint in the  Lachin corridor, who was transported by ICRC car from Artsakh to one  of the medical centers of Armenia.
