ArmInfo. The total siege of  Nagorno-Karabakh is having irreversible & devastating impact on  people's lives. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan wrote on  his Twitter page.

"The 7-month blockade of the Lachin corridor and the total siege of  Nagorno-Karabakh ppl is having irreversible & devastating  impact on  people's lives.  NK resident children 3 y/o Leo & 6 y/o Gita died as  consequence of serious humanitarian situation. In 21st century.  This  should not be tolerated," Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan  wrote, posting a photo of the deceased children.

It should be reminded that on July 7, a single mother from Artsakh,  leaving her two young children at home unattended, went on foot to  Martakert in search of food. Due to the blockade and the lack of  transport due to the lack of fuel, she went to the regional center on  foot. Children left without care at home, waking up and not finding  their mother, went in search of her. Tired on the way, they got into  one of the cars parked by the road, in which they suffocated due to  the high temperature outside.

Earlier Azerbaijan accused the ICRC of allegedly transporting  unauthorized goods to Artsakh, and under this pretext completely  blocked the corridor, which had not been operating for more than six  months. We add that the ICRC admitted that without the Organization's  knowledge, four hired drivers, tried to transport some commercial  goods (cigarettes, telephones, etc.), in their own vehicles which  were temporarily displaying the ICRC emblem.  These individuals were  not ICRC staff members and their service contracts were immediately  terminated by the ICRC. Thus, Azerbaijan is trying to strangle the  people of Artsakh, which has been in a total blockade since December  12 of this year, deprived of gas, electricity and basic necessities.  All this is happening against the backdrop of the inaction of the  civilized international community, which, in pursuit of energy  resources, forgot about the universal human rights promoted by  itself.
