President Aliyev, in turn, decided to respond, in his remarks to the  accusation that Baku had territorial claims against Armenia, stating  that "there are no such claims." , he said.  He stated that there are opportunities  to reach a peace agreement. "Moreover, taking into account the fact  that Armenia officially recognized Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan,"  he added.

At the same time, Pashinyan confirmed that Armenia and Azerbaijan  have agreed on the mutual recognition of territorial integrity and,  on this basis, are progressing "quite well" in the process of  normalizing relations.  He also expressed hope that a constructive  dialogue between Stepanakert and Baku on the rights and security of  the people of Nagorno-Karabakh would soon begin within the framework  of the international mechanism.

Everything that is happening there, according to him, is a direct  violation of the tripartite statement.
