


ArmInfo. French Embassy in Armenia has officially refuted accusations against French Ambassador to Armenia Anne Louyot of being involved in corruption schemes.
In response to ArmInfo's inquiry, the Embassy of France in Armenia stated that the slanderous rumors are groundless. The Embassy of France in Armenia and the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France officially refute the rumors and condemn the use of forged documents. The ambassador reserves the right to file a suit.
Ambassador to Armenia Anne Louyot is working in Yerevan to contribute to French-Armenian relations and friendship. The embassy is officially refuting the claims.
French-Armenian journalist Leo Nikolian stated earlier the French ambassador to Armenia allegedly received several million U.S. dollars from Azerbaijan for her offshore company to spy on Armenia for Azerbaijan. He also accused Ms Anne Louyot of being involved in corruption schemes.
