Artsakh authorities send proposal to Azerbaijani side to hold meeting

The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, through the peacekeeping mission of the Russian Federation, sent the Azerbaijani side a proposal to hold a  meeting at the headquarters and with the mediation of the Russian  peacekeepers to discuss urgent humanitarian issues.  The NKR  Infocenter reports.

It should be noted that the previous similar meeting took place on  March 1 in the Ivanyan community.  After that, Azerbaijan tried to  speculate on the agenda of the meeting, stating that the purpose of  the meeting was allegedly the issue of "reintegration" of the NKR.
