Выход наддо найти при любых обстоятельстах. Чтобы продвинуться вперед, можно было бы рассмотреть предосталение арцахцам гражданства третьей нейтральной к арцахцам страны, с тем чтобы подобный статус отменить после урегулирования остальных вопросов. При этом обе стороны конфликта должны друг с другом мирно обљясниться. Это нужно вследствие слишком глубоких, нанесенных, особенно в последние годы, взаимных ран. Ни арцахц, ни азербайджанцы - не демоны.
