ArmInfo. Azerbaijani troops crossed Armenian border and are already in Tegh community, where they positioned themselves and established a stronghold. Argam Hovsepyan, a member of the "Aprelu Yerkir" faction of the Council of Elders of the Tegh community, the head of the administration of the village of Aravus, told 24News.
According to Hovsepyan, Azerbaijani troops were deployed from the border of Aravus to Kornidzor, including on one of the pastures belonging to Masis Zeynalyan, a member of the council of elders of the Tegh community.
<They passed through fields owned by many people, leveled the ground with bulldozers, set up tents, dug trenches, and did engineering works. In particular, yesterday they positioned themselves in my field, I saw them, but due to security reasons, I did not take much action, everything can be seen from a distance," Masis Zeynalyan told 24News.
Hovsepyan also said that some pastures have come under the supervision of Azerbaijani troops, as they have occupied the dominant heights, and cattle can no longer be pastured.
According to him, negotiations are underway with the Azerbaijani side through the mediation of the Russian side.
It should be reminded that the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia reported about yesterday's advance of the Azerbaijani troops to the village of Tegh. According to the NSS, in some places, the Azerbaijani side, without waiting for pre-arranged adjustments, started to position itself and carried out engineering works. According to the Armenian side, there are five such points, where the Azerbaijani side is located 100 to 300 meters further from the border.
