Thus, today the Azerbaijani dictator once again stated that, "Baku will not allow anyone to speak with Azerbaijan in the language of an ultimatum."

At the same time, he assured that Azerbaijan returned Berdzor (Lachin) "both on the battlefield and through political means." Then, he boasted about the occupation of Shushi. Although in fact, all these territories were transferred to Azerbaijan by the Prime Minister of Armenia by a tripartite statement dated November 9, 2020.

"Over the years of negotiations, the mediators have always shown some special approach to the Lachin region, and Armenia, in general, considered the return of the Lachin region to Azerbaijan unacceptable.  Although they were not going to leave other regions either. Now, two and a half years after the end of war, it became more obvious to everyone. The international mediators, the former OSCE Minsk Group, while negotiating, actually tried to consolidate this occupation," Aliyev admitted, who hastened to accuse France of being biased towards the Azerbaijanis.

According to him, the anti-Azerbaijani resolutions in the European Parliament are also the work of the French MPs..

Aliyev noted that: "however, the anti-Azerbaijani forces saw our unbending will." "No one can influence our will. No one can speak with us in the language of an ultimatum. We proved this to Armenia in the Second Karabakh War, we proved this to Armenia's protectors for two and a half years after the war. We defeated them and once again showed the whole world that we are achieving and will achieve what we want," the President of Azerbaijan said.

He then shared plans to populate the occupied territories of Nagorno-Karabakh with Azerbaijanis, again in violation of the commitments made under the tripartite statements of November 9, and also confirmed the violation of obligations to ensure a 5 km security zone and unhindered movement along the Berdzor corridor. He also reported on the final stage of fortification work in these areas.  Then, Aliyev boasted that Azerbaijan had occupied, with the tacit encouragement of the international community, strategic heights that allow it to control the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia, and confirmed its intention to continue to be guided by the principle of the threat of force in obtaining the desired concessions from Yerevan.
