At the same time, commenting on the statement of third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan that during the 44-day war of 2020, the entire defense potential was not used in Artsakh, Papikyan mentioned that he is not aware of exactly what kind of unused weapon he was talking about. , the head of the defense department stressed.

Serious work continues to replenish the army with officers, work is underway in the direction of replenishing the Vazgen Sargsyan military university and the aviation school, while simultaneously solving social issues, including the provision of officers with apartments and certification of military personnel.
