EU Special Representative considers contacts between Stepanakert,  Baku representatives encouraging

ArmInfo.The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, considered encouraging the message about the meeting between the representatives of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh.

It is noteworthy that Klaar uses only Azerbaijani narratives in his  statements.

Moreover, Azerbaijani pro-government media write about the  possibility of new meetings between representatives of  Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan, including in Baku.

It should be noted that the second meeting of the parties was held  today with the mediation of the Russian side in the settlement of  Ivanyan.
