Military barracks fire kills 15 soldiers in Armenia

ArmInfo.Fifteen Armenian military servicemen were killed in a fire that broke out in the barracks of one of the local armed forces units, Armenia's Defence  Ministry said on Thursday.

Three more servicemen were in serious condition, it said in a brief  statement.

The fire broke out at around 01:30, January 19 in the barracks  located in Azat, a village in the Gegharkunik province. Authorities  said the cause of the fire was not immediately clear.
