ICRC ready to help resolve humanitarian issues in Nagorno-Karabakh 

ArmInfo. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which is physically present in the region, including Nagorno-Karabakh, has stated its willingness to  help resolve humanitarian issues, Zara Amatuni, ICRC Communications  Manager, said in an interview with ArmInfo as she commented on the  situation in Nagorno-Karabakh resulting from the blockade of road  connecting Stepanakert to the outside world. 

The ICRC is in contact with all the sides and the organization is  ready to help as a neutral mediator, including healthcare help, which  was the case two days ago.  

On the other hand, Ms Amatuni said that appropriate agencies are  decision-makers, while the ICRC can only act as mediator.
