ArmInfo. Those who congratulate Azerbaijan today encourage and legitimize ethnic  cleansing. Ambassador-at-Large Edmon Marukyan commented on the  congratulations of the representatives of a number of countries on  the occasion of the so-called "Azerbaijani victory in the Patriotic  War".  

"International partners congratulating Azerbaijan's celebrations  today, should try to figure out where are now Armenians living in  Shushi, Hadrut, other villages... They will just realize that  they're actually congratulating Azerbaijan for ethnic cleansing,  so, legitimizing it," Marukyan wrote on his Twitter.

As ArmInfo previously reported, today Israel, Germany, Pakistan,  Kazakhstan and Turkey congratulated Azerbaijan on the occasion of  the "so-called celebrations". Moreover, Turkey has done this at all  levels of government.
