ArmInfo. "The draft on declaration of martial law is on my desk," the prime minister said, answering a question from parliamentarians during government hour on  14 September.

In this context, he stressed that, together with the Security  Council, the situation is assessed on a regular basis. And the  decision to declare martial law has not yet been made, not because  there is no aggression, but because such a decision is quite serious  and requires a number of mechanisms that are not only of a military  nature.

Summing up, the Prime Minister stressed that this issue is on the  agenda, but everything depends on the development of the  situation.
