Bundestag MP: Azerbaijan`s attack on the territory of Armenia must be  strongly condemned by the international community

ArmInfo.Once again Azerbaijan attacks Christian Armenia.  Under the radar of the Ukraine war, attempts are being made to invade the neighboring country. MP of  the German Bundestag Albert Weiler stated this.

"This military attack by Azerbaijan on Armenian territory must be  condemned in the strongest terms by the international community.  Otherwise we will violate our democratic and humanitarian values and  lose trust.  The violence must not be relativized. In this case, the  country of Armenia is the victim of aggression. I stand firmly with  threatened Armenia and the local people ," the MP stressed.

On the night of September 13, the Armed Forces of the Republic of  Azerbaijan began large-scale military operations on the border with  Armenia using UAVs and large-caliber weapons. Armenia turned to  Russia, the CSTO and the UN Security Council in connection with the  aggression of Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of Armenia.   In connection with the current situation, the RA police switched to  enhanced service. There are reports of dead and wounded on both  sides. According to the RA Prime Minister, at least  49 Armenian  soldiers were killed. And Azerbaijan confirmed the death of its 50  soldiers. Moscow announced the achievement of a truce between the  parties as of 09:00 am on September 13. Meanwhile, the RA Ministry of  Defense later reported on ongoing hostilities. France announced its  intention to appeal to the UN Security Council because of the  situation on the Armenian- Azerbaijani border. Armenia initiated a  special meeting of the OSCE Council. The CSTO will send a mission to  the region. From early morning the enemy resumed offensive operations  on the eastern lines.
