ArmInfo. The Hayastan All Armenian Fund's Board of Trustees held a meeting on Saturday. RA President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Vahagn Khachaturyan presided over the meeting.
In his speech, President Khachaturyan pointed out that since it was established, the Fund has been an important national platform for discussing and resolving national problems.
"The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund is rightly considered an all-Armenian structure without parallel in terms of either content or form. For this reason the work of each of us, particularly of the members of the Board of Trustees, must be aimed at ensuring that the Fund's mission and rating remain up to be mark," he said.
The Fund's activities are nonpolitical.
"In this context, I am hopeful that the Auditing Chamber will present the results of its surveys by the end of the year," Mr Khachaturyan said.
Attending the meeting are also Armenian Premier Nikol Pashinyan, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan and other officials.
Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan left the Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. Bagrat Mikoyan, Coordinator of the ex-president's office, stated on Friday that the reason was financial transparency problems.
