Adviser to RA PM Artashes Tumanyan was seconded to Iran

ArmInfo.Adviser to the RA Prime Minister Artashes Tumanyan will pay a working visit to Iran on May 12-16.

The corresponding decision was signed by RA Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan on May 10.

In Iran, Tumanyan will take part in the international exhibition of  oil, gas, refined products and petrochemicals Iran Oil Show 2022.   Artashes Tumanyan has served as the Armenian Ambassador to Iran since  February 17, 2015. On October 13, 2021, he was replaced in this post  by career diplomat Arsen Avakyan. On November 24, he was appointed  Advisor to the Head of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.  Tumanyan is also the head of the working group of the  Armenia-Azerbaijan railway rehabilitation program.

Iran Oil Show is one of the most significant oil and gas events in  the world in terms of the number of participants and their diversity.  The event covers various areas of the oil industry, including  extractive industries, universities and research centers, start-ups  and science and technology parks, petrochemical and related  industries, gas and related industries, pipes and pipelines,  fittings, processing and distribution and related industries , rotary  machines, as well as exporters of products, and other area
