ArmInfo.Armenia's way out of the current situation is in the ongoing transformations of the world order. Political scientist Stepan Danielyan expressed a similar  opinion to ArmInfo.

"It is important to note that the Artsakh issue is much broader and  more comprehensive than just the Armenian-Azerbaijani problems. In  this light, the discussion of the Artsakh issue only within the  framework of the Armenian-Azerbaijani platform will end without  reaching any solution. We will simply not be allowed to do this, a  clear example of which is Ukraine. The point is that the current  government of Armenia continues to do everything for our next  defeat," he said.

In this light, Danielyan recalled how in the fall of 2020 Armenia and  Artsakh lost the war even before it began on the field of diplomacy,  due to its absence. As a result of the actions of the Prime Minister,  who did everything possible and impossible for Armenia to be in a war  with a coalition of states to face the war with a coalition of states  in "proud loneliness". According to his estimates, the sequence of  all these actions allows to assert that they were purposeful.

According to the political scientist, by recognizing Artsakh as part  of Azerbaijan today, Pashinyan is allegedly trying to prevent another  war. However, in reality, his actions will end in a new war, no  longer between Armenia and Azerbaijan, but with the participation of  Russia, Turkey, Iran, and other countries are not ruled out. And the  scale of this great regional war will be far greater than what is  happening in Ukraine today. In this light, Danielyan noted that it  was the so-called "peace agenda"  proposed by Pashinyan that formed  the basis for the controversial statementsof the OSCE Minsk Group  Co-Chair countries, as a result of which the West is now trying to  push Russia out of the South Caucasus, expanding Turkey's zone of  geopolitical influence.

"Pashinyan began to break up the format of the OSCE Minsk Group with  negotiations with Aliyev in Dushanbe and Dubai. This was followed by  a series of his contradictory statements and actions, leading to a  military escalation in Tavush, and, as the culmination of all this,  to the Baku's calls for war. Pashinyan did everything to start the  44-day war. But it is impossible to remove him from power today  without presenting the society with a clear alternative, opinions and  programs to bring the country out of the current situation. Without  such programs, the situation will only worsen," the political  scientist forecasts.
