No concentration of troops along border, Nagorno-Karabakh security  service states 

ArmInfo.He enemy is spreading rumors to cause panic in Artsakh , reads a statement by the Artsakh National Security Service. 

"We are informing you that the Artsakh Defense Army is performing its  tasks under the previously approved plans. The Defense Army is  tracking the movement of Azerbaijani troops, and the reports on  concentration of troops along the line of contact are false. W are  calling on the public not to disseminate misinformation and follow  the official reports," reads a statement.
