ArmInfo. By sending, through the Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), 14 tons of humanitarian aid to the people that urgently need it now because of the military operations in Ukraine, the Artsakh Government is demonstrating its willingness to stand by the people facing the same hardships as the Arstakh people did during the Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression, State Minister Artak Beglaryan said.
"Despite our long-lasting hardships and the world's being almost indifferent to it, we are humans and do not want to see such human suffering anywhere - be it Donbass, Kiev or Russia," he said. Despite remaining unrecognized, the Republic of Artsakh is a responsible and full-fledged member of the international community, with all ensuing rights and duties.
"Although 14 tons is a small amount, but is it not little giving our possibilities. We do not rule out sending a new consignment of humanitarian aid through the Russian peacekeepers," he said.
