ArmInfo. The All-Armenian Youth Resistance movement has held its general online gathering, with about 115 representatives of 70 youth organizations from 20 countries participating.
Head of the Tavush diocese, Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan highlighted the importance of "spirit of taking revenge on the enemy without" and of national dignity. He pointed out a need for dispelling fears of war and forming an ideology of Armenian youth that would develop into a mass popular resistance. Arshak Mesropyan of the ARF-D Youth Bureau presented five major aspects of the resistance movement and the principal work.
The participants exchanged views on further steps, with a focus on the work in Artsakh and Syunik and unanimity of youth on the idea of resistance.
"Armenian youth has not put up with the present reality. The all-Armenian youth movement is gaining momentum and must concentrate its efforts to remedy the current situation," he said.
