ArmInfo. We welcome the news about the meeting in Moscow between the representatives of Armenia and Turkey. EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar wrote about this in his microblog on Twitter.
"The normalization of relations and the opening of communications is an important objective that the EU fully supports," Klaar stressed.
It should be noted that today, on January 14, the first meeting of the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kilych took place in Moscow.
Negotiations both in Yerevan and Ankara were assessed as constructive and positive.
