ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on January 13 at a government meeting once again confirmed the commitment of the RA authorities to the agenda for the peaceful development of the region, noting that it is necessary to have "strong nerves."
The Prime Minister expressed regret over the fact that incidents are still ongoing at the border, and there are victims. At the same time, he reminded that the RA government has already proclaimed its policy. "One of our top priorities is to consistently increase the defense capability of our country. And in order to open the agenda we have proclaimed for the peaceful development of our country and region, we need strong nerves, since many people will constantly try to prove, push us to think that this is impossible" , said the Prime Minister.
Since May 13 last year, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces illegally invaded the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia, in the Syunik and Gegharkunik regions. On January 11, as a result of another provocation by Azerbaijani units in the eastern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, three Armenian servicemen were killed, the RA Ministry of Defense reports.
