ArmInfo. The Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bairamov, are to hold a meeting on December 2 on the sidelines of the 28th Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Stockholm, Sweden, Luke Devine, Deputy Managing Director for Europe and Central Asia of the European External Action Service, stated at the European Parliament.
The Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders have been invited to participate in the Easter Partnership Summit on December 15. President of the European Council Charles Michel is to hold meetings with both of them.
The situation remains strained, and the November incidents along the internationally recognized borders rather than in Nagorno-Karabakh arouse concern, Mr Devine said.
The EU responded adequately by talking to both the leaders the day after the clashes and called on them to end the hostilities, he added.
