Artsakh citizen involved in morning incident to be handed over to  Artsakh law-enforcers 

ArmInfo. The citizen involved in the incident on the Shushi section of the  Stepanankert-Berdzor highway is at the headquarters of the Russian  peacekeeping troops now, Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan reported  on his Facebook page. 

During the talks Russian side explained that the Artsakh citizen was  brought to the headquarters for security reasons and will in a few  hours be handed over to the Artsakh law-enforcers. 

"The Ombudsman Office representatives will arrive to provide  necessary legal advice to the man. Further information will be  reported soon," Stepanyan said. 

The incident occurred on the Stepanakert-Berdzor highway, near the  Shuhsi checkpoint, this morning. In response to Azerbaijani troops'  provocations, the man threw an explosive device at the checkpoint,  after which the Stepanakert-Berdzor-Shuhsi highway was blocked on  both sides.
