"It's good that there is an opportunity on the sidelines of the CIS Ministerial Council to talk about our bilateral affairs, regional issues. Our presidents recently talked by phone, there are issues that need to be resolved," the Russian minister said opening the meeting in Minsk.
Later, Lavrov met with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
""Recently we talked with you in detail in Moscow, but today we can consider some additional issues of a bilateral nature and of course a regional one. Karabakh should always enjoy our attention," the Russian minister said at the beginning of the meeting.
