Arman Tatoyan conveyed to Pope Francis facts of torture of Armenian  prisoners of war by Azerbaijanis

ArmInfo.Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan presented to His Holiness Pope Francis the facts of torture of Armenian prisoners of war by Azerbaijanis, as  well as violations against residents of border regions.

 Three reports were handed over to Pope Francis, the HRD Office said. The  first concerns the so-called "Trophy Park", which is an open-air  Armenophobic museum of human suffering. The report proves the "trophy  park" is fueling even more hatred.  The second report concerns Baku's  responsibility for torturing Armenian prisoners, with strong evidence  of torture. 

The third report on the prohibition of the use of prisoners'  testimony as a basis for initiating a criminal case.  "The  report  substantiates that the Azerbaijani authorities opened an illegal  criminal case against the Armenian prisoners on the basis of their  testimony obtained through torture and inhuman treatment," the Office  of the Human Rights Office said.
