Azerbaijan and Georgia signed a memorandum of military cooperation

ArmInfo.A memorandum on military cooperation was signed between Azerbaijan and Georgia.

The document was signed within the framework of the trilateral  meeting of the defense ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey,  APA reports.

From the Azerbaijani side, the memorandum was signed by Defense  Minister Zakir Hasanov, from the Georgian side - by Defense Minister  Juansher Burchuladze.

It should also be noted that within the framework of his visit to  Tbilisi, Hasanov also met with Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli  Garibashvili. At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the  prospects for the development of cooperation in the military and  military-technical spheres, as well as on other issues of mutual  interest. It was emphasized at the meeting that the document on  military cooperation is of great importance.
