"The [CSTO] countries have announced a joint budget for the necessary R&D. This is a new direction. We are starting to move from simple verbal coordination to more serious integration <:>", - said Borisov. He explained that this is a new direction. "Almost all heads of delegations [at the session of the CSTO Collective Security Council] expressed a desire to work more closely on the integration and synchronization of decisions in the development of national military-industrial complexes and those standards that are being implemented in the armed forces.
