Forecast: With a similar program of the government and with such  opposition, everything will be decided in accordance with Pashinyan`s  wishes

Whether we are within the walls of parliament or not, especially in conditions when the opposition in the current parliament is represented by an  incomprehensible group of people incapable of becoming a  counterweight to the authorities, we intend to continue our political  activities. A similar opinion was expressed to ArmInfo by Gevorg  Gorgisyan, deputy chairman of the "Bright Armenia" party.

"The loud shouts of these people in no way help to restrain the  authorities, which, against the background of the toothlessness of  the opposition, are becoming more and more daring. Taking into  account the need to fill this gap,"Bright Armenia "intends to  continue to act on the political field as a counterweight," he  stressed.

According to Gorgisyan, the party intends to make the correctly posed  questions the subject of public discussion, since, unfortunately, the  Armenian media show insufficient objectivity. That often leaves the  most important issues out of the attention of society. Meanwhile, in  parliament they prefer to hang labels on each other, swear, fight,  but just not discuss the most important issues for the country.  The  politician stressed that the performance taking place in the Armenian  parliament today has nothing to do with the challenges that Armenia  faces today.

According to him, the atmosphere created in the parliament further  aggravates the society's disappointment with respect to political  processes in general. As a result, the National Assembly became an  uninteresting gathering of uninteresting people for society, capable  of making only noise and incapable of conducting substantive  discussion, especially a civilized political dialogue.

Commenting on the 5-year program adopted by the government, Gorgisyan  highlighted the absence of the most important thing in this document  - the final goal. And, for example, in the same foreign policy case,  nowhere is it specified how and, most importantly,  with what  resources the government intends to achieve peace and cooperation  with neighboring states. Also, the interests of Armenia are not  indicated in this context, which, in his opinion, is simply  unacceptable.

"In this light, with such a program of the government and with such  opposition, the problems of our country will be solved in accordance  with the wishes of one person - Nikol Pashinyan. Since the opposition  is unable to influence his decisions through aggression. These people  promised, having come to parliament, to remove Pashinyan from power.  Well, we are waiting for the fulfillment of promises. And I am very  sorry if they still do not understand that the way they do it -  shaking the air, it is impossible to do it. Thus, they only  strengthen Pashinyan, who begins to look positive against them in the  eyes of citizens, " the oppositionist summed up.
